Your parcel will be delivered within 4-6 business days of placing your order. No tracking code will be sent once your parcel is on its way. We ship our parcels with Business Post and a signature may be required upon receipt.

Online returns
For all online purchases, we have extended our return period to 30 days. For returning your items, we ask you to use our returns form, but you are not obliged to do so.

Returns in the store
You can also return your online purchase to the This is Eindhoven store. This store is located at the following address:
Heuvel 126, 5611 DK Eindhoven.
In addition to your item(s), please bring your purchase receipt.

Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you wish to return your online purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days of receipt. This is also called the cooling-off period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 30-day cooling-off period by an unambiguous statement (e.g., by email or post) that you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the agreement. You can use the model form for withdrawal / revocation for this purpose.

We must also have received the returned items within the 30-day cooling-off period. You can return the items by post/courier.

By post or courier
If you wish to return the order by post or courier, this is at your own expense. We are not responsible for products returned to us damaged. We recommend that you use a courier service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning, or that provides you with proof of shipment. Make sure that the items you wish to return are properly packaged and send them to the following address:

Refund
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the item without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days after receiving the notification that you wish to withdraw from the agreement, provided that we have actually received the item back or you can prove that the item has been returned. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the item, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, we will not charge you any fees for this refund.

Trying on items
During the 30-day cooling-off period, you may use an item to the extent necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning, just as you would be able to do in a physical store. For example, you may try on the item, but not wear it outside.

If you return an item that has been damaged by your fault, has been washed, the labels have been removed, an item is incomplete, or a product contains other signs of use indicating that you have used the item more extensively than described above, then you are liable for the depreciation in value of the item caused by you.

Defective items
In addition to your right of withdrawal, you have a legal right to a sound item, or as the law calls it, "a product that conforms to the agreement." If, against expectations, this is not the case, you can - depending on the circumstances - exchange the item or get your money back, for example. If you have a complaint about an item you purchased online, please contact our customer service. Please include as much information as possible, including specific order numbers if possible.

If you have returned a defective item, we will also reimburse the return costs you incurred.
