Shipping
Your package will be delivered within 4-6 business days after placing the order. No track & trace code will be sent once your package is on its way. We ship our packages with Business Post, and a signature may be required upon receipt.
Returns (online)
For all online purchases, we have extended our return period to 30 days. To return your items, we ask that you use our return form, but you are not obliged to do so.
Returns (in-store)
You can also return your online purchase at the This is Eindhoven store. This store is located at the following address:

Please bring your item(s) and your proof of purchase.
Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you wish to return your online purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of receipt. This is also known as the cooling-off period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 30-day cooling-off period by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email or post) that you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract. You can use the Model form for withdrawal / revocation for this purpose.
We must also have received the returned items within the 30-day cooling-off period. You can return the items by post/courier.
By post or courier
If you wish to return the order by post or courier, this is at your own expense. We are not responsible for products returned to us damaged. We advise you to use a courier service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or provides you with proof of shipment. Please ensure that the items you wish to return are properly packaged and send them to the following address:

Refund
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the relevant item without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after receipt of the notification that you wish to withdraw from the agreement, provided that we have actually received the item back or you can prove that the item has been returned. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the item, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees for this refund.
Trying on items
During the 30-day cooling-off period, you may use an item to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, just as you would be able to do in a store. For example, you may try on the item but not wear it outside.
If you return an item that has been damaged by your actions, has been washed, has had its labels removed, is incomplete, or shows other signs of use indicating that you have used the item more extensively than described above, you will be liable for the diminished value of the item caused by you.
Defective items
In addition to your right of withdrawal, you are legally entitled to a sound item, or as the law calls it, 'a product that conforms to the agreement'. If, unfortunately, this is not the case, you can - depending on the circumstances - exchange the item or get your money back, for example. If you have a complaint about an item you purchased online, please contact our customer service. Please include as much information as possible, preferably including specific order numbers.
If you have returned an item that is defective, we will also reimburse you for the return costs incurred.

If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can also forward it to an accredited dispute resolution body via the European ODR Platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. However, we are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution.
